Breaking News The Kings and Crosby's have agreed in principle to a trade. Kings Receive: Bill Seaman Crosby's Receive: 2nd Round Draft Pick (7th Overall) 5th Round Draft Pick (30th Overall) - - - - - - - - - - GM of the Crosby's and Commissioner John George issued a statement following the trade: "It was a very difficult decision for us to deal away one of our leaders and arguably the best player in franchise history. It was a move that had to be made for the Crosbys to take the next step in rebuilding a program to a championship caliber team. It was an honor to play along side the classiest player in FHL history and we wish him the greatest of luck with his new team, they are surely getting a true leader."

A few of the recent FHL issues and news updates are the following: 1. Bill Seaman/Crosby's Situation: GM of the Crosby's John George has decided to keep Bill as his franchise and wait out the injury. No further comment to be made on the subject. 2. The offseason had been going rather well, and it seems like interest is starting to pick up once again as we get into fall, glad to see some guys skate last week in the pickup game. Hopefully there will be a few more of these to shake off the rust. 3. Looking forward, draft day will be announced shortly but expect sometime in the Halloween region. 4. Opening day is set for the first saturday of December which is the 6th, like last year we will have a couple weeks of preseason action to get guys aquainted with their teams and such. 5. Still looking for a 2nd goalie!!!!....Gilson is playing out. Sign-up's have officially begun in school. Amac, Mr. Meade, Matt Gori, and Jamie Zelena are getting names and numbers.
