Jets, Hawks Trios Back Together?

Last season, the Jets won the FHL Championship. Last season, the Jets deadly trio of captain Zak Campbell, Brian Barca, and FHL Championship MVP Mark Fetsko had a combined 81 Goals, 49 Assists. Thats 130 Points. The Hawks on the other hand, had captain Matt Gori, MVP Chad Kanz, and Defensive Player of the Year Jeff Rogers, who combined for 187 Points. 103 Goals for the Hawks Trio along with 84 Assists. These two teams top 3 players can be exactly the same next season. Campbell franchised Barca, then got the number one pick in the draft, which is speculated to be Mark Fetsko. Gori franchised Kanz, and got the number two pick in the draft, which could be Jeff Rogers. If Fetsko and Rogers go 1, 2 in the draft, expect the Jets and Hawks both to compete for the FHL Championship next year, and possibly look for a rematch of the 2007-08 Championship.

One on One with Adam Cristallini

TBSboy2: Adam you've been a pretty soild performer in the league that past few years despite not being able to make it on a consistant basis, how tough has it been bouncing from team to team without getting into a rythem acristal4219: Well, more importantly, besides having new teammates and adjusting to them as people, it's still the same game for me. I'm giving what I can for that particular day. TBSboy2: What are your expectations for this upcoming season? as a player and as a team with whoever you land acristal4219: Above anything I want to win, right off the bat. And I want to be the best player out there that I can be. Brian Barca is one of those kinds of players in my mind. He puts winning first, and himself second...I look up to him because of that. He's a great role model to me. TBSboy2: Thoughts on possibly playing with Brian and the Jets? In turn where would you like to end up. acristal4219: Wow!. It'd be like a dream to even be paired up with him. But on the other hand, my heart is with Boyle. Brian Grise and Zack Siniawski gave me a chance with them and I'm forever grateful. TBSboy2: Some say that team is heading in the wrong direction, what with controversial managment, late night partying, they've become one of the lughing stalks of the league. Can you help return them to glory? acristal4219: We had one of the best players in the league that was under the radar in Andrew McDonald...and I thought we were inexperienced and look how far we got. Forget what other people said about us, when it came down to it on saturdays..we played serious hackey. TBSboy2: Great to see some loyalty in this day and age Adam, describe the feeling right now knowing your about to embark on really your first full season, how hungry are you for a championship? acristal4219: Honestly, I'm as hungry for a championship as I am every single year I've played. That's the goal right?. To win it all. There's no subsitute to that. If I cant get stay with Boyle, then I hope to land with a good orginization that shares the same views as I do. TBSboy2: Thanks Adam, last question, talk about how far you think the league has come, as well as where you feel its headin acristal4219: We're still climbing that mountain....haven't reached the pinnacle yet, but it's been a very enjoyable climb so far.
